The MT girls cross country team won the Lancaster-Lebanon League championship meet on Tuesday, Oct. 15 with a total of 62 points, securing the league trophy for the fifth consecutive year. Elena Barrall finished first with a time of 18:14.4. Other medalists included Kaila Atteberry (8th), Lexie Kauffman (9th) and Olivia Albrecht (14th).
The girls will race again at the district meet hosted by Big Spring High School on Saturday, Oct. 26.
