On Friday, Dec. 13, the Manheim Township girls basketball team played against Penn Manor in the high school arena. The game resulted in a win for the Blue Streaks with a final score of 27-17.
Township improved their undefeated record to 5-0, while Penn Manor was brought down to a record of 3-2. Brooke Weaver led the way for MT with 11 points.
MT girls basketball is currently ranked first in Lancaster-Lebanon League Section One. Their next game was away at Hempfield on Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 7:30 p.m.
