Yesterday the Township girls soccer had a 4-0 shutout victory over Hempfield.
With the win, the Streaks improved to 11-2 overall and 8-0 in league play and maintained first place in Section One.
Goals were scored by senior Ally Mulholland, junior Liv Parmer, senior Jordan Nguyen and junior Regan Taylor. Sophomore Nikki Nguyen added two assists and senior Savannah Reed had one assist. Senior Biz O’Gorman picked up the shutout in goal.
The Blue Streaks will host Cedar Crest on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m.
