This past Friday, MT varsity football beat J.P. McCaskey in their Play FTK game 48-0, moving 6-0 during the season.
Township led 42-0 at halftime en route to the victory. The offense was led by senior quarterback Carson Weisser, who went 8-9 for 234 yards and five touchdowns. Senior Lex Haberbosch (4-180-3) and junior Daryus Dixon (2-43-2) were the recipients of the five touchdowns, all in the first half. Senior Declan Clancy paced the rushing attack with 113 yards and a touchdown on eight carries. Senior Jack Arcudi added 59 rushing yards and a touchdown.
The Blue Streaks will travel to take on Cedar Crest on Friday, Oct. 4.
