(Update: due to weather, the powderpuff game has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 17).
This year’s powderpuff game will be held at the football stadium on Friday, April 11. The game will start at 7 p.m.
Junior and senior girls will be playing in the football game. The classes will be competing on teams against each other. Participating junior and senior boys will be cheering on the sidelines.
The game is organized by MTHS Mini-THON. All proceeds will go to Mini-THON, supporting Four-Diamonds. This is one of the final fundraisers for the 2024-2025 school year and is expected to raise more money for the cause.
“Last year’s powderpuff was really fun, and I hope everyone comes out to support Mini-THON and the senior and junior classes,” said senior Mini-THON head Jocelyn Parise.
Students are encouraged to come watch the game and cheer on the girls. It costs $5 to get in and student passes are not eligible.
